Rental Fees
Lounge(with Kitchen): $50 per hour (2 hour minimum) to a maximum of $400 per day
Ice $50/hr, 2 hour minimum
Kitchen: $25/hr (2hour minimum)
Minimum Bar Staffing: The minimum bar staffing is $20 per bartender per hour. Groups of larger than 24 require 2 bartenders.
NOTE: Lounge and Ice Rentals are charged separately plus HST
For Example: Rental for 32 people curling from 7-9 pm and socializing until 11pm.
The total price for this 4 hour rental:
Lounge/Kitchen..............$200.00 (4 hours x $25/hr
Ice...................................$100.00
Bar Staffing.....................$120.00 (one bartender to open and staff while on ice and a second from 9-11pm when socializing.
Sub Total..........................$420.00
HST............................$54.60
Total...............................$474.60
Parking Lot Rental $300/month (off season)
